How to remain fit and healthy

To remain fit and healthy you have to follow these several ways 

Exercise Regularly:Exercise has great role in our life this keeps your body healthy so aim at least 30 – 40 minutes for exercises so you can keep your body fit and healthy

Balanced Diet:your diet is as important as exercise all you need to do is to focus on your diet plans don’t eat processed foods try to eat unprocessed like vegetables, fruits and healthy fats surely this will help you to remain fit and healthy

Stay Hydrated: Drink at least 1_2 liters of water daily. Water is too much good for your health it will help you to remain fit and healthy proper use of water is good for your stomach and internal health

 

 



 

Enough sleep: If you don’t get enough sleep the exercises you done will not give you any type of benefits. Sleep is much more important for anybody’s health, so try to get 7_8 sleep daily this will reduce your stress and makes you fit and healthy

Vitamin D: vitamin d is good for your health try to get 700_800 IU of vitamin d per day.this will benifits your health

Cardio Exercises:  Include exercises that  raise your heart rate . These exercise are following

  1. Running
  2. Cycling
  3. Swimming

Sedentary Activities: Try to reduce activities that involves sitting or lying for long period.such type of activities will make you lazy and sick so limit these exercises

All these ways whom are mentioned above are the ways that will make one person to remain fit and healthy so if you want to remain fit and healthy just follow all these steps they will surely help you. I must prefer you to follow all these steps beacuse if you are sick or lazy then you will not enjoy your life properly so make yourself strong make yourself healthy
