If you are setting smart fitness goals it means you are setting goals which are easily achieveable and you can achieve your fitness goals in less time

.Here are some examples of smart fitness goals 

Goal 1:

specific: i want to increase my cardiovascular endurance

Achieveable: I will exercise for 30-35 minutes, 3 or 4 times a week,for next 1month

I will reduce 3k run time by 2minutes in next 7 weeks

measureable: i will increase my jogging distance from 1 mile to 3 mile within 4 weeks

Set a time for your goals and achieve them at time for e.g i will achieve this in one month or 6 weeks

Benifits: improving cardiovascular health reduce risk of chronic diseases

Goal 2:

  I want to improve my strength and muscle mass

1: i will increase my bench press max from 70 pounds to 90 pounds within 10 weeks

2: i will perform resistance training exercises 3 times a week

3:i will go to gym regularly or done home exercises regularly

Goal 3:

i want to improve my flexibility and balance 

I will perform yoga exercises 3 times a week by focusing on flexibility and balance

I will increase range of motion in my shoulder

I will pay more focus on exercises which increase my flexibility

I will achieve this goal in 7- 8 weeks

Smart work is better than hardwork
